Cal Poly Maritime, Solano Campus is approved by the State of California as a training facility for VA educational benefits. Cal Poly provides VA enrollment certification services to new and currently enrolled veterans and dependents who are eligible for Veterans Affairs Educational Benefits and Cal Vet Education Benefits. The following educational benefits are available to veterans and dependents at Cal Poly Maritime:

- Chapter 31 (Vocational Rehabilitation)

- Chapter 1606 (Montgomery GI Bill® - Reservists)
- Chapter 1607 (Reserve Educational Assistance Program)
- Chapter 35 (Dependents Educational Assistance)
- Dependent Fee Waiver
